Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
At WINEWAYS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item, seek a refund, or cancel an order. Therefore, we have outlined our comprehensive policy below for your convenience.
Perishable Items:
Perishable items, such as our SipSnack range, must be reported as faulty or unsatisfactory within 24 hours of delivery. Upon contacting our customer service team, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Perishable Items:
Non-perishable items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Faulty Goods:
If you receive faulty goods or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty item or incorrect order at our expense. Once we receive the item and confirm its fault or incorrect condition, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement, according to your preference.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 5 business days of being made. If an order has already been dispatched, and you wish to cancel it, please notify us immediately. In such cases, the client will be refunded within 30 days from the notice of cancellation.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item or incorrect order.
Collection Costs:
For non-faulty returns of both perishable and non-perishable items, there may be a collection cost associated with the return. This cost will be deducted from your refund unless the goods are deemed faulty, or the order is deemed incorrect.

To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation, please contact our customer service team on +27 (0)21 905 7713/6/9. You can also initiate a return, refund, or cancellation by emailing info@wine-ways.co.za. Please have your order number and details of the item ready to expedite the process.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations that do not meet the above criteria.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
